I bought two of these in Mocha Brown to cover the sliding glass door in my bedroom. I already had drapes, but I was worried that my cat might damage the landlord's drapes. I'd rather my cat damaged $10 drapes if he must than the linen-like ones that were currently there. If you like loose gathers in the curtains, you can get by with just 2 panels (they are sold singly). My slider is about 80" wide and it looks fine (to me) with just the 2 panels. I may add more panels later, but that depends on the cat. I will eventually add sheers underneath. The product description says they are room darkening, NOT BLACKOUT, drapes. Expecting them to be blackout drapes is unrealistic. While you can see light through them, the room is indeed much darker than with the drapes open.I was anxious to see how they looked, so I haven't pressed them yet. Even unpressed, I've seen way worse drapes. I was pleasantly surprised by the sheen. It makes the drapes look a little nicer. They definitely do not look like sheets as some other customers have said. The grommets are a flat silver color. If the drapes stick out funny in the center when you have them closed, make sure the last fold of the drape is pointing toward the wall in the middle. If you have the last fold pointing toward the room, they will stick out weird. This is not the fault of the drapes; it's just how you hang grommet drapes :)These are decent quality and look nice enough for what I'm using them for. They are most certainly worth the money I spent. Would I buy them again? You bet!
