This was a great little hat for my son as a baby to keep the sun off of his head in the summer. It is a nice, water resistant (not completely water proof) fabric and the print is cute, especially for a little boy. I like that the rim goes all the way around the hat so that his shoulders and neck are protected somewhat too. What was also nice is that we bought it for him when he was four months old and it fit him until he was over a year old! So it lasted a long time (and it still looks brand new). It didn't fade or anything from the sun and weather. The ties are convenient for older babies who like to pull hats off! Overall, it was a great hat and we are saving it for any future children that we have.
