Bought this hat as a Chistmas gift for my son-in-law who is a medivac pilot in Alaska. It's gotten down to over 40 degrees below in Fairbanks where he is based. This hat is real leather with real rabbit fur and had good reviews, although only two of them. John was delighted with the fit and the warmth. He's back in AK now trying it out in the frigid weather.I own a couple of Ushanka hats and this is by far my favorite. It does run a little large so you might be advised to order one size smaller than what you might think but this is a great warm and comfortable hat. You children might say that it looks like a nerds but who cares as long as your head is warm.I wear a medium hat and this thing would not even fit over my head I did order the extra large I probably could've ordered a large but the medium did not fit at all but I love the hat quality is greatBoyfriend ended up not liking it, had to return it.
