Thing actually works better than the reviews lead on. The flip style head-gear work well but doesn’t fit my head very well. To be fair, my head is rather large. Happy with the product because I’ve gotten the headgear to work by making some new holes to fit my head correctly. Sits low and the full headband works well for soaking up sweat. I’ve used the flip feature more than I thought I would.Not sold on the suspension yet. I have been wearing a fibremetal for the last 10 years. I figured it would take some time to adjust to the msa suspension. I’m still getting headaches by the end of the day, probably 2 days a week. The welding lugs are a plus, if you were it brim forward. I wear mine backwards. I the welding hood will attach this way but it is much closer to you face. So keep in this in mind if you have a light on your hat, you might not have enough clearance to open and close the hood. If this is the case buy the lugs separate and mount them accordingly. Also the sizes for hard hats, Small - Standard - Large . Hope this is useful information not just wasting anybody’s time.Excellent hard hatIts a hard hat. Does what hard hats do.
